3、stellar,solar,orEarthfine-pointingexperiments,experimentsrequir-ingmicrogravity,andexperimentsrequiringspaceenvironmentsawayfromtheSpaceShuttle.Inkeepingwithcurrentneedsofthesciencecommunity,anewgenerationofSpartancarri-ersisinthedesignphase.Manifestedtoflyaroundtheturnofth
4、ecentury,thenextgenera-ShownaboveistheSpartan201spacecraftwhichflewfourtimescarryingmodifiedinstru-tionofSpartancarriersincludeSpartan400,mentsforsolarobservations.Spartan250,andSpartanLite.Goddardengi-neersworkingontheseadvancedSpartancar-riershaveupdatedtheelectronics,avi
