3、民办高校学生干部培养模式存在着培养目标不明确、培养内容不全面、培养机制不完善等问题。面对当下高度复杂多变的社会环境，致力于民办高校学生干部培养模式的优化创新对于满足新时期国家的人才需求、促进民办高校稳定发展及提高学生干部的综合素质有着重要的意义。论文采用文献研究法、系统分析法，沿着提出问题——分析问题——解决问题的思路展开，将民办高校学生干部培养模式作为研究对象，厘清民办高校、学生干部及培养模式的概念，对目前民办高校学生干部培养模式的现状进行研究，发现其存在着培养目标不明确、培养内容不全面、培养机制不完善等问题

4、并对其原因进行探讨，认为是由于正确的培养理念缺乏、民办高校自身体制限制、学生干部自身素质不高及培养主体责任意识缺失等原因共同作用所导致。针对目前民办高校学生干部培养模式出现的问题，以角色冲突理论、马斯洛需求层次理论及马克思人的全面发展理论为理论指导，提出从树立正确的培养理念、明确学生干部培养目标、充实学生干部培养内容、健全学生干部培养机制、明确多元培养主体责任及拓展培养路径等方面提出民办高校学生干部培养模式的优化策略。关键词：民办高校；学生干部；培养模式I万方数据AbstractWiththecontinuou
