4、mentsalesofUS$335billion.Thevaluecreatedbyuseoftelecommunicationsservicesisestimatedtobefarhigherthanthetotalservicesrevenue.ThusinvestmentinICTinfrastructurecreatesvaluemanytimesthatoftheinvestmentitself.//FirmlevelstudiesshowthatICTinvestmentshelpfirmsgaincompetitivenessthroug
