4、evaluecreatedbyuseoftelecommunicationsservicesisestimatedtobefarhigherthanthetotalservicesrevenue.ThusinvestmentinICTinfrastructurecreatesvaluemanytimesthatoftheinvestmentitself.//FirmlevelstudiesshowthatICTinvestmentshelpfirmsgaincompetitivenessthroughimprovedefficiency,reducedinventories,betterdes
