1、糜蛋白酶联合透明质酸钠治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效观察张丽丽（河北省威县人民医院河北威县054700）【摘要】目的：观察糜蛋白酶冲洗泪道联合透明质酸钠填充治疗慢性泪囊炎效果。方法：随机分为治疗组（75例，151只眼）和对照组（66例，121只眼），治疗组采用泪道探通后糜蛋白酶+庆大霉素+地塞米松液冲洗后泪道内注入透明质酸钠，对照组泪道探通术后庆大霉素+地塞米松液冲洗。结果：治疗结束后半年随访治疗组治愈108只眼，有效40只眼，无效2只眼，总有效率99%；对照组治愈87只眼，有效30只眼，无效4只眼，总有效率97

2、%o1年随访（其中治疗组有20只眼失访，对照组有8只眼失访）治疗组治愈93只眼，好转28只眼，无效9只眼，总有效率为93%；对照组治愈58只眼，好转41只眼，无效24只眼，总有效率为88%o结论：泪道探通后糜蛋白酶冲洗联合注入透明质酸钠可提高治愈率，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】糜蛋白酶；透明质酸钠；泪道阻塞；泪囊炎；泪道探通【中图分类号】R45【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）17-0022-02Chymotrypsinincombinationwithsodiumhyalur

8、obstruct!on.Dacryocystitis;Lacrimalductexplorationthrough慢性泪囊炎是眼科门诊的常见病，多见于中老年人，女性发病多于男性，泪囊炎多为泪道阻塞引起，常见阻塞部位主要为泪点，泪小管，泪囊与鼻泪管交界处或鼻泪管下口，主要症状是溢泪，伴脓性分泌物。炎性阻塞及泪道狭窄是引发泪囊炎的主要因素，因此泪道探通加泪管冲洗为有效治疗手段。我科釆用泪道探通后糜蛋白酶冲洗加透明质酸钠注入联合疗法获得了较好的效果。特选取我院
