3、eadvantagesofhighprecisionandefficiency.AnautomaticmicrosystemofspotWeldingBasedonMachineVisionisproposedinthispaper,itintroducesthewidelyusedMachineVisiontechnologyintoMicro—spotWeldingsystemwhichrealizestheimageacquisition,imageprocessingandimagelocationofWeldingpieces,andreceivestheworkp

4、iece’SlocationinformationthroughPLCcontrollertocontrolthree-dimensionalplatformtorepositiontheWeldingtorchandthengivestheordertoweld.Thismainresearchcontentofpaperisfollowing:(1)thedesignofArchitectureofAutomaticSystemofMicro-spotWeldingFirstly,weintroducethebasicprinciplesofautomaticMicro-
