2、构的调整和优化等方面发挥重要作用。目前，我国一方面面临着全社会流动性过剩的问题，另一方面又不能有效解决中小企业融资难的问题。同时，在2008年爆发的金融危机中，我国传统经济发展方式暴露出了严重缺陷。从国际经验来看，大力发展PE能够优化资金配置和企业融资结构，促进高新技术产业的发展，更好的服务于实体经济的发展。但由于我国私募股权投资基金不但受到法律、政策和理念上的限制，而且我国私募股权投资基金在组织形式、资金来源、投资策略和退出机制等方面还存在诸多问题，严重制约了私募股权投资基金重要功能的有效发挥。针对这
