2、企业今后的发展带来了威胁和挑战。大型建筑企业为了维持市场竞争地位，实现可持续发展，需要进一步扩宽企业生存空间，发展投资业务寻找企业新的利润增长点，调整投资业务结构，促进企业转型升级。本文首先在分析了我国大型建筑企业发展环境和发展现状的基础上，提出了大型建筑企业的投资需求。其次，对我国大型建筑企业投资业务进行深入探讨，包括投资业务分类、特点和投资业务管理方面，同时指出目前大型建筑企业投资中存在的问题及原因分析。最后，通过借鉴国外建筑企业投资业务发展的经验，对我国大型建筑企业提出了优化投资业务结构、提升资本运
