3、iscomposedofmicroinertialmeasurementunitanddataacquisitionandstoragedevice,andhasadvantagesofsmallvolumeandhighoverloadresistance.BasedondiscussingtheprinciplesandrequirementsinstructuraldesignofMIMU,reducedthevolumeandweightofitwithoutdecreasingthemeasurementaccuracy.Withmultip

4、leprotectionsofspecialpottingmaterialsandpottingprocesses,thehigh-overloadresistanceofMIMUstructurehasbeengreatlyimproved.ThefeasibilityanalysisandvalidationonstructuraldesignofMIMUbyANSYSshowthatthisstructuraldesignhasgoodmechanicalpropertiesandstrongoverloadcapacity.FPGAisused

5、asthecontrolunitofdataacquisitionandstoragedevice,regulatingA/Dconversionofprojectileflightinformation,storageofdigitalsignaltoFLASH,whichcanrecordprojectileflightinformationalongballistictrajectory.Finally,establishederrorcalibrationcompensationmodelofMIMUandcompensatedinstalla

6、tionerrortoimprovesystemaccuracy.Shocktestandmissile-bornetestverifiedthevalidityofRelatedtechnologies.Testsshowthatthesystemcanmeettherequirementsofguidedammunitionsthatmicroinertialmeasurementsystemshouldhassmallsizeandhighoverloadresistance,andrecorddatacompletelyduringthefli
