1、万方数据囊性肾细胞癌的诊断与治疗(附18例报告)位于下极，pTlNOM016例，(88．9％)pT2NOM01例(5．6％)，pT3bNOM01例(5．6％)，术后患者均无并发症，顺利出院。6、18例患者中15例获得随访，失访3例，随访时间3"---'88个月，平均25．6个月，15例中7例术后行干扰素治疗，13例术后行肝肾B超、胸部平位片、泌尿系CT或MRI检查，均未发现肿瘤复发及转移征象，15例均存活，尿量正常，无其他并发症。结论：囊性肾细胞癌是肾细胞癌的一种少见类型，对于肾脏的囊性占位，当CT表现具有厚薄不均匀、不规则，内壁凹凸不平的囊壁，增强扫描呈不均匀强化，B超表现
