3、，针对期间所了解和调查的相关资料所展开的研究，对74名赴泰汉语教师志愿者在泰国的汉语教学现状进行了力求全面、客观的调查研究。本文客观地反映了泰国汉语教学现状、所取得的成果及存在的问题，做了较为深入的分析，并针对问题提出了相应的解决方法，以期能够对今后的泰国汉语教学工作以及志愿者教师汉语教学工作有所助益。文章指出，汉语教师志愿者在泰国进行汉语教学的这期间，总体教学情况基本顺利，但调查发现，志愿者教师在实际的汉语教学中也会面临部分困难，如语言沟通障碍、教学经验不足、课堂秩序难以管理、学校对汉语教学不重视等。文章就提升赴泰汉语教师志愿者教师的教学能力提出了以下建议：1.
