2、lnozzle,etc.Micro-holepartshavesmallsize,cancarrylowloadandtheirsurfacequalityoftendeterminetheirperformance,sotheresearchesonthesurfacequalityisofgreatimportance.Microelectricdischargemachiningisoneofthecommonly-usedmethodsincurrentmicro-holemachining,butthemicro-holes
3、processedinthiswayhavealotofdefectssuchasheavyrecastlayer,cracks,burraswellassurfaceroughnessandbiggersurfacetaper.Inordertosolvetheproblem,thethesisputsforwardthemethodofelectrochemicalmechanicalcompositepolishingprocessingofmicro-holebyusingelectricdischargemachinings
4、oastogreatlyimprovethesurfacequalityofpartsonthebasisofthehighefficiency.Basedontheanalysisoftheprocessconditionsofmicro-holecombinationrequires,thecombinationmachiningplatformintegratingblockelectrodeelectrosparkinggrinding,electricdischargemachiningandelectrochemicalm
5、echanicalcompositepolishingprocessingisestablished.Besides,thefundamentalexperimentalstudyofthecombinedtechnologyofelectricdischargemachiningandelectrochemicalmechanicalcompositepolishingisconductedontheprocessingplatform;Φ120µmmicroelectrodeisprepared;thecombinedelectr
6、icdischargemachiningparameterssuchasappropriatevoltage,current,capacitanceandpulsewidthareselected;themicro-holesurfacequalityofelectricdischargemachiningandcombinedprocessingiscompared;theproperprocessingtime(around90s)ofelectrochemicalmechanicalcompositepolishingissel
7、ected.Thesimulationisconductedonthegapflowfieldofmicro-holeprocessedbyelectrochemicalmechanicalcompositepolishingmethod;thevelocitydistribution,particleconcentrationdistributionandmotioncurveofgapflowfieldunderthedifferentconductionsofelectrodefeedspeedandparticlemassco
