2、DegreeApplied:ProfessionalMaster’sDegreeSpecialty:MPAccUniversity:HebeiUniversityDateofOralExamination:June,2015摘要摘要高校固定资产是国有资产的重要组成部分，是高校实现教学、科研、服务社会等职能的重要物质保证。其配置是否优化、利用是否高效关系到高校的办学质量的高低，同时决定高校未来发展的好坏。随着高校规模的日益扩大和国家财政投入的逐年增加，高校固定资产的规模正在以迅猛的速度增长，怎样实现固定资产的保值、增值已经成为目前高校急需解决的问题。高校固定资产主

3、要通过财政拨款和事业性收费形成，具有规模大、品种多、性质复杂、管理难度大等特点。目前高校的固定资产管理同其他各方面的管理工作一样，还处于经济体制、教育体制改革的进程中，各项管理制度尚处在摸索和转轨阶段。因而，在国有资产监管方面还存在一些需要探讨、改进和完善的地方，所以如何加强高校固定资产管理，提高其使用效益，防止国有资产流失，己成为当前高校管理工作中一项重要而紧迫的任务。本文在高校固定资产概论的基础上，设计了固定资产管理框架，以H高校为案例，对其固定资产管理的现状和成果进行分析，并对存在问题及其原因进行了的分析，提出改善该高校资产管理工作的对策。关键词高等学校固
