1、MAGE—A3在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及对预后影响的研究摘要目的：旨在探讨MAGE—A3在jllEd,细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及与肺癌转移和预后的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测74例ql!d,细胞肺癌和15例癌旁组织中MAGE—A3的表达。结果：MAGE—A3在NSCLC组织中阳性率为48．6o／60，高于癌旁肺组织阳性率6．7％，差异有统计学意义(P

2、与患者年龄、性别、淋巴结状况、肿瘤细胞的分化程度、临床分期均无相关性(P>O．05)。肺腺癌中MAGE—A3表达阳性组复发转移率高于阴性组。MAGE—A3表达阴性组NSCLC患者5年生存率为59．3％(19／32)，表达阳性组患者5年生存率为33．3％(12／36)，两组问比较有显著性差异(x2=4．632P=O．031)。．．结论：MAGE-A3在NSCLC组织中阳性率显著高于癌旁组织。MAGE-A3在肺腺癌中的表达水平显著高于肺鳞癌。分层分析显示腺癌中MAGE-A3F[J性表达与复发、转移有关。MAGE—A3检测可作为非小细胞肺癌预后不良的检测指标。硕士研究生董艳(免
