3、cessivecompetitionintraditionaldomesticmarket，acceleratesthebusinessdiversityandimpelsthetransformationandupgradingofenterprises．Therefore，itisofgreatsignificancetoparticipateingovernmentBTprojectsforlarge—scaleconstructionenterprisesinChina．However，asanewtypeofprojectfina

4、ncing—constructionmodel，BTisstillinitsinfancystage，andlargenumbersofproblemsintheoperationfromenterpriseshaveappearedthemselvesinthepracticaluse，suchasproblemsofBTchoice，investmentdecisions，financingefficiency,constructionmanagementandriskmanagement．Theseproblemslargelyaff
