1、心理干预对阴道成形术患者心理健康状况的影响3李金芝1,2，王才智2，郭琼2，孙雪芹1(1.蚌埠医学院第一附属医院妇产科蚌埠233004；2.蚌埠医学院护理学系蚌埠233030)【摘要】目的：探讨心理干预对改善先天性无阴道成形术患者心理健康的作用。方法：对照组（22例）进行常规围手术期护理，干预组（24例）在此基础上给予为期3周的心理干预。入院后24h内、出院前1d进行SAS、SDS和SCL-90问卷调查，观察干预效果。结果：①入院时两组SAS、SDS评分明显高于常模（P＜0.01），SCL-90中躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感
2、、抑郁、焦虑等5个因子评分均高于常模（P＜0.01），并有84.8%的患者自觉中度或重度的心理压力；②3周后干预组SAS、SDS评分明显降低（P＜0.01），与对照组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.01）；③干预3周后，干预组SCL-90躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑4个因子得分显著下降（P＜0.01）；对照组仅在抑郁、焦虑因子得分明显降低（P＜0.05）。结论：先天性无阴道患者均存在不同的心理障碍，心理干预可明显缓解负性情绪，提高了患者的心理健康水平。【关键词】先天性无阴道；阴道成形；焦虑；抑郁；心理干预；病例对照研究中图文
