1、中央民族大学硕士学位论文论加速转型期动态稳定机制建立与完善的路径选择姓名：吴兆礼申请学位级别：硕士专业：科学社会主义与国际共产主义运动指导教师：肖秀荣20050501摘要中国目前已经进入全面加速转型期。在加速转型期，由于工业现代化没有全部完成就开始了向知识现代化的迈进，导致经济结构和社会结构加剧变化，中国发展的内部环境产生了很多不稳定因素。同时，由于经济全球化与世界格局多极化趋势加速发展，中国发展的外部环境的复杂性增大、不确定性提高。“中国的问题，压倒一切的是需要稳定”，而建立与完善动态稳定机制是维护稳定的关键。建立与完善动态稳定机制必须以科学稳定观为指导，厘清加

2、速转型期稳定的内涵，明辨稳定的构成要素，透析影响稳定的因素，探析稳定机制的本质。党和政府高度重视稳定问题，在科学的稳定观的指导下，在理论上形成了以改革促发展，以发展求稳定，以稳定固发展的战略。在实践上，从经济、政治、文化、社会秩序与外部环境五个方面入手，选择建立与完善动态稳定机制的路径，在内外两个层面上追求稳定，为构建社会主义和谐社会奠定基础。关键词：加速转型期，稳定，动态稳定机制，建立与完善，路径ABSTRACTChinahasbeenenteringanoverallaccelerativetransformationperiodbynow．Duringthi
