2、plasmpatientswhoacceptedmodifiedSigmarectunpouchfromnovember.2006tonovember.2013indepartmentofurologyaccordingelectronic-centernetworkmedical-recordandmedicalrecordlibraryofourhospital.AndfindingrelevantdateofX-rayandCTatdepartmentofradiology.Collectingpreperative,intraoperative,postoperative,f
3、ollow-updateandgeneralinformationofthesepatientsandmakeafollow-upschedule.Todiscussfeasibility,safetyandeffectivenessonthisurinarydiersioninourhospitalthroughcollecting,sorting,statisticsandanalysistheseclinicaldate.Results:Atotalof23patientscompletedthestudy,19malesand4females,Themeanageofpati
4、entswas64.5yearsandthemale-to-femaleratiowas4.75:1.Thefirsttimeofbladderneoplasmwere19patientsand4patientsaftertrasnurethralresectionofbladdertumor.Meantotaloperationtime295min(240~360min),meanmodifiedSigmaoperationtime80min(65~100min).Thepathologicalconfirmedafteroperation:singletumorwere6pati
5、entsand17patientsofmultipletumor,thebigesttumor13.0*9.5*3.3cm,allofthemweretransitionalcellcancer,tranfertoprostate2patientsandtolynphnodewasonepantient.ThemeantimeofpullingoutoftheanalcanalanddoubleJcanalwas12days(9~16days).Themeanhospitalizationdaysofafteroperationwere28days(15~51days).Theuri
6、neasnormalasusualafter3months.Thedaytimeurinationwere6times(4~10times)and2timesthroughnight.Theurinationvolumewere100~450mleverytime.Onepersonwasretrogradeinfectionafter3monthsofoperation,thepatientwaswellafteranti-infectiondrugs.Onepatientwasfoundedmuchwaterattherightsideofrenalpelvis,percutan
7、eousrenalanterogradeureteralballoonexpansion,therewasnowaterinrenalpelvisafteroneyear.Onepatientsuddendeathunexplainedafter14monthsofoperation,postoperativepathologic:T4N0M0.Thetumorrecurrenceafter23monthsinonecaseanddeathtwomonth
