1、缩泉胶囊联合托特罗定片治疗老年女性膀胱过度活动症的效果分析秦宁黄好(通讯作者)乔子婴倪凌雁(上海市虹口区江湾镇街道社区卫生服务屮心全科上海200434)【摘要】冃的：探讨缩泉胶囊联合酒石酸托特罗定片治疗老年女性膀胱过度活动症(Overactivebladder,OAB)的临床疗效，更好地缓解患者症状，提高患者的生活质量。方法：62例均为确诊的OAB患者，均为女性，年龄61・80岁,随机分为实验组32例，即联合治疗组和对照组30例，即托特罗定+安慰剂组。实验组口服缩泉胶囊联合酒石酸托特罗定片；对照组30例，口服安慰剂(淀粉胶囊)加用酒石酸托特罗定片，两组疗程均为4周。结果：实验组治

2、疗，白天排尿次数从(7.53±0.72)次降为(4.33±0.69)次；夜间排尿次数从(3.98±0.58)次降为(2.17±0.64)次；尿急次数从(4.10±0.61)次降为(1.64±0.58)次；尿失禁次数从(10.2±3.54)降至(8.33±2・81)。对照组治疗，口天排尿次数从(7.44±0.71)次降为(5.61±0.67)次；夜间排尿次数从(4.21±0.64)次降为(3.55±0.62)次；尿急
