3、不断提高和改善自身的效益，而提高效益的有效途径就是建立一个良好的绩效管理体系。传统的绩效管理方法存在着与战略联系不紧密、指标设置不科学等各种缺点，不能适应企业目前的绩效管理需要。平衡计分卡的出现克服了传统绩效管理方法的缺陷，它以提升企业战略执行力为出发点，分为财务、客户、内部运营、学习与成长四个维度，将企业战略与绩效管理紧密的结合，这为企业建立全面科学的绩效管理体系提供了一个很好的思路。本文基于平衡计分卡视角对BS公司绩效管理体系的优化进行研究。文章首先对国内外有关绩效管理和平衡计分卡的理论成果进行介

4、绍，为本文的研究提供理论方面的支持。其次对BS公司绩效管理体系的现状进行分析和研究，指出其存在的主要问题，论证BS公司构建基于平衡计分卡的绩效管理体系的可行性。随后本文尝试为BS公司构建基于平衡计分卡的绩效管理体系，为BS公司设计了公司、部门和个人三个层面的绩效管理体系。最后，为确保新的优化方案在BS公司的顺利实施，本文提出了一些针对性的保障措施。关键词绩效管理平衡计分卡制度保障IAbstractAbstractWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofeconomicglobali
