1、南京理工大学硕士学位论文食品安全政府监管模式研究姓名：王立新申请学位级别：硕士专业：工业工程指导教师：马义中;谢丙生20071228工程硕士学位论文食品安全政府jI；f管模式研究摘要近年来，随着我国食品行业的迅猛发展和食品安全事件的连续发生，食品安全问题受到广泛关注，从我国政府对食品安全监管的现状来看，虽然给予了高度重视，也取得了明显成效，但是与先进国家相比还有较大差距，鉴于此，本文在分析我国食品安全监管的现状、对比先进国家的监管模式的基础上，指出了我国在食品监管方面存在的问题，针对存在问题，提出了从完善三个体系入手，改进食品安全监管模式的设想，并通过实例对有关理论和设想在食品安全监管中的应用

2、加以分析和说明。一是完善全程监控体系。着重阐述了危害分析和关键控制点(HACcP)质量管理体系在食品监管中的应用。通过实例对HACCP的原理、具体应用及在食品监管中的意义逐一作了说明。二是完善风险管理体系。着重阐述了风险分析理论在食品监管中的应用，对如何加强食品安全风险信息的收集分析、如何构建科学高效的风险预警和快速反应机制进行了探讨。三是完善科学评价体系。着重阐述了层次分析法(AHP)和模糊评价法在食品企业评价中的应用，提出通过对食品企业的科学评价，把食品企业分成几类，实施分类管理，以节约管理资源，提高管理效率。关键词：食品安全监管模式HACCP风险分析AHP模糊评价AbstractRece
