1、河北大学硕士学位论文虾青素对日本沼虾生理生化特征的影响姓名:谢剑华申请学位级别:硕士专业:水生生物学指导教师:管越强20080601摘要摘要本文从雨生红球藻中提取虾青素粗提液,高效液相色谱法测定其虾青素的含量,以此粗提液添加到日本沼虾的配合饲料中。分别从最适添加量的确定、对血细胞密度及吞噬活力(吞噬百分比和吞噬指数)的影响、对抗环境胁迫能力的影响和光保护作用等四个方面研究虾青素对日本沼虾的影响,并初步探讨其作用机理。在最适添加量的实验中,虾青素分为0、20、40、60、80和100mg/kg等6个浓度梯度添加到日本沼虾的基础饲料中,在实验室条件下饲养7周。结果
