2、University:HebeiUniversityDateofOralExamination:May,2014摘要摘要随着河北省城镇化进程不断加快，对城市基础设施的需求也越来越大。同时，我省民间资本的存量也越来越大，将大量的闲散资金投入到城市基础设施中，不但可以缓解城市基础设施建设资金不足的问题，还可以提高城市基础设施的管理效率。发达国家的实践证明，城市基础设施领域吸纳民间资本不但可行而且必要。本文主要研究了河北省民间资本参与城市基础设施建设的问题。全文立足于河北省的现状，对河北省民间资本参与城市基础设施建
3、设进行了统计分析，并构建了二者之间的数据模型，为民间资本参与城市基础设施建设提供了对策建议。本文首先对要研究问题的背景进行了详细的论述，提出了本文的研究目的、意义、思路以及国内外研究现状，并对城市基础设施和民间资本的相关概念进行了梳理，为全文的研究提供了理论依据。其次，本文选取了代表河北省城市基础设施水平的指标，运用主成分分析评价了河北省2006年至2012年的城市基础设施水平，得出城市基础设施综合指数。然后，用城市基础设施综合指数和民间资本指标进行回归分析，研究表明民间资本参与城市基础设施建设，能改善我省城市
