3、域是我国重要的经济发展区域，在新一轮的经济体制改革中，推进京津冀区域金融合作的开展，发挥金融合作的作用，有助于实现京津冀区域跨越式的发展，使其成为拉动我国经济增长的新增长极，最终实现京津冀区域的协同发展。本文的研究是通过比较分析法和实证分析法，以区域金融合作的相关理论为依据，对京津冀区域在协同发展背景下金融合作问题，进行全面深入的分析。首先，把本文研究过程中所涉及的区域金融理论进行详细的论述，在此基础上研究京津冀区域金融合作的根本原因。而后，对京津冀区域内北京、天津和河北的13个城市的金融发展状况进行论述，通过具体的数据对比，并应用统计软件进行分析，找出京

4、津冀区域金融发展的差异所在，包括金融产业发展不平衡、金融资本过于集中、辐射能力不足和转移承接能力较差。然后，根据分析出的这些差异，结合京津冀区域现有的金融合作情况，分别论述京津冀区域金融合作的有利条件和限制因素。最后，借鉴较为成功的的区域金融合作的案例，对京津冀区域金融合作提出建议，阐述其如何通过明确自身条件、平衡市场和政府行为、金融创新、改善金融环境和金融风险防范方面，来构建京津冀区域金融合作的格局。关键词京津冀区域协同发展区域金融合作因子分析IAbstractAbstractFinanceisthecoreofeconomicdevelopment,a
