3、maximizetheoutputofregulationbybuildinganhealthyandcompetitiveinsurancemarket.Becauseofthesocialeconomicdevelopmentsituation,culturalbackground,politicalsystems,financialsystemsandlegalenvironmentisdifferent,differentcountriesaroundtheworldhaveadoptedanddevelopeddifferentsupervisionmodels.Andt
4、hedegreeofstrictness,depthofregulation,objectivesofregulationvaryamongcountries.Howeverincurrentyears,developedcountriesgraduallyadoptedacomprehensiveregulationmodelbasedonSolvencyII,soastoadapttothemarkettrendandtoimprovetheefficiencyofinsuranceregulation.Becauseoftherelativelylessdevelopedin
5、surancemarket,Chinastilladoptsaseparatedregulationofbanking,insuranceandsecurities.Comparedwithregulationofinsuranceindevelopedcountries,Chineseregulationappearstobelesscost-effectefficiencyandmorelabororiented.WiththegradualopeningofChinesefinancialmarket,establishingamoreefficient,modernmana
