1、本科毕业设计(论文)联想电源适配器外壳注塑模具设计所在学院材料与能源学院专业材料成型及控制工程(成型加工及模CAD/CAM方向)班级姓名学号指导老师年月设计总说明介绍了联想电源适配器外壳注射模具的设计,根据PC塑料成型的工艺特性和产品的使用要求,对产品进行详细的工艺分析。并在设计工作前进行资料搜集汇总,将搜集的资料结合联想电源适配器外壳的特点,列出可行的几个草案,和考虑各方案将面临的问题。并最终敲定可行性最高的草案作为实行方案,然后开始着手于模具设计。其中包括利用Pro/E软件对联想电源适配器外壳进行三维造型,分
2、析测量其基本属性,包括体积和平面投影面积;利用模流分析软件对工件进行注塑工艺分析,寻找最佳浇口和成型条件;之后完成注塑机的选用和校核、模具设计和型腔的排布,侧抽芯机构的的设计和模具总体结构的设计等;之后根据塑料制品的要求,了解塑件的用途,分析塑件的工艺性、尺寸精度等技术要求,考量塑件制件尺寸。本模具采用一模二腔,侧浇口进料,注射机采用HTF110XB型号,设置冷却系统,CAD和UG绘制二维总装图和零件图,选择模具合理的加工方法。附上说明书,系统地运用简要的文字,简明的示意图和和计算等分析塑件,从而作出合理的模具设
