3、Theliquidbridgeformedbetweendropandmicroobjectcouldbeadjustedbymanipulatingthevolumeofdrop,andundertheeffectofcapillaryforcethemicroobjectwaspickedup.Byejectingouttracevolumeofdropthereleasingprocessofmicroobjectrealized.First,byanalyzingtypicalcapillaryforcemodelbetweensolidandli
4、quidinterfaces,theformulaofcapillaryforcewithinliquidbridgeformedbetweenreagentinthecapillarytubeandmicroobjectwasderived.Thefactorsaffectingthecapillaryforceandthefeasibilityofmicromanipulationbycontrollingcapillaryforcewerediscussed.Themicromanipulationmethodbasedontracesofreage
5、ntdispensingcontrolwasproposed.Pressureadjustmentofreagentatcapillaryorificewasusedtocontrolthemeniscus’svolumetopickupmicroobjectandpiezoelectricceramicsschemewasputforwardtoejecttracesofreagentdroptoreleasemicroobject.Theworkingprinciplesofthesetwoschemeswereanalysed.Bydividingt
6、heoperationprocessintovariousstages,relatedoperationstrategieswerepresented.Second,accordingtopressureadjustmentschemetocontrolthevolumeofmeniscustopickupmicroobject,Fluentsoftwarewasusedtosimulatetheinfluenceofpressureoncapillarymeniscus.Basedonpiezoelectricschemeaboutejectingout
