3、theacademics.Butitisstilladifficultproblemtoestablishatalentmanagementmodelbasedontheneedsofenterpriseandcostbenefitmaximization.Thisstudywillusethetheoriesandmethodsofsupplychainmanagementtohumanresourcesmanagementthroughtheconstructionofenterprisehumanresourcessu
