2、excellentmechanicalproperties,biocompatibilityandcontrollabledegradationrates.Silkfilmbiomaterialsweredesignedandcharacterizedtomeetthesefunctionalrequirements.Theuniquecombinationofelasticityandstrengthalongwithmammaliancellcompatibilitymakessilkfibroinanattractivematerialfortiss

3、ueengineering.Inaddition,silkfilmsurfacescanbepatternedusingsoftlithographictechniquestoproducehighresolutionsurfacefeatures.Inthefieldsofbiomaterialsandtissueengineering,itisofgreatimportancetostudytheeffectsofsurfacetopographyoncellbehavior.Weusedsimplesoftprintingtechniquessucc

4、essfullyobtainedavarietyofmicroandnano-patternedsilkfibroinmembrane,atthesametimethesilkproteinischemicallymodifiedandeventuallywontwotypesofsilkproteinmembranetopologywithgeometricpatterningandchemicalpatterning.Consideringsilkproteinisacellculture-basednaturalscaffold,weexploret

5、heimpactofmicro-andnano-patternedsilkproteinmembranesoncellbehaviorandfunction.Thispaperprovidesanewideafortissueengineeringresearchandhasimportantpracticalsignificance.Themaincontentsofthispaperareasfollows:1.Thepreparationofavarietyofsilkfibroinmembranewithmicro-nanosurfacetopol

6、ogy:Weusedelectronbeamlithographytoacquireavarietyofmicro-andnano-patternedpoly(methylmethacrylate)templateandeventuallyobtainedthecorrespondingmicroandnanopatternedsilkproteinmembrane.Inaddition,multipleanalyticalmethodswereemployedincharacterizingtheobtainedmicro-andIII万方数据Abstr
