4、lergicrhinitis(PER)inaccordancetoARIAguidelines(2010revised)．Theenrolledpatientsweredividedinto2groups：group1andgroup2．63patientswereingroup1andtreatedbytheCZBultrasoundtherapeuticdevicedevelopedandproducedbyChongqingHaifu(HIFU)and32patientswereingroup2

5、andtreatedwithintranasalsteroids(Fluticasonepropionate)andantihistamines(Loratadine)．Thebenefitswereobservedonthefirstday,1stweek，4thweeksand12mweek，assessingimprovementineachindividualnasalsymptom．2重庆医科大学硕士研究生学位论文EfficacyMeasurements：Thetherapeuticeffe

7、taleffectiveratewas63．61％after1week，81．29％after4weeksand77．55％after12weeks．Differenceswerestatisticallysignificant(p<0．05)whensymptomsscoreswereassessedseparately．Conclusions：HIFUhasproventobeaseffectiveandsafetoolinthetreatmentofallergicrhinitisasconve
