1、提要目的：利用温经通络推拿法治疗神经根型颈椎病（风寒阻络型），并观察记录其诊疗过程，为临床施治和前瞻性研究提供可资借鉴的资料｡方法：临床研究选取60例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组30例，对照组30例，治疗组采用“温经通络推拿法”为主进行治疗，对照组采用口服颈复康颗粒治疗，观察两组患者症状变化。并对所得数据进行统计学分析，观察两组是否有显著差异。结果：两组间患者进行对比，观察是否有显著差异（P<0.01），治疗组治愈率为30％，对照组为6.67％；治疗组总有效率为100％对照组为90％。治疗组在治愈率和有效率方面均优于对照组。具有显著差异（P<0.01）。结论：温经通络推拿法
