1、中文摘要20世纪70、80年代开始，随着经济的发展，人们的生活水平不断提高，相应的对公共服务的需求也不断增加，西方资本主义国家将市场机制与竞争机制率先运用于公共服务领域，进行公共服务市场化改革，将供给主体与供给方式多元化，不仅提高了政府的行政效率还缓解了国家的财政压力。我国经过了30年的改革开放，经济发展迅速，人民生活水平日益提高，然而公共服务的发展水平却与经济发展水平、公众需求不相适应，为了能使公共服务的水平能够满足公众日益增长的需求相适应，我国在上个世纪90年代开始了公共服务市场化的改革，改变政府作为公共服务的唯一供给者的模式，
2、将竞争机制与市场机制运用于公共服务当中，对我国的公共服务进行市场化改革。这使得我国公共服务效率有很大提升，但同时也存在着许多不尽如人意的地方，因此，这就要求我们要结合我国的基本国情，具体问题具体分析，不可一味照搬西方国家的成功经验，理论与实际相结合，进一步优化实施我国的公共服务市场化道路。本文阐释了公共物品、公共服务及公共服务市场化的相关概念和特征，分析了政府公共服务市场化的相关理论基础及在我国现阶段实施公共服务市场化的必要性和可能性。通过列举部分地方的实践总结了我国公共服务市场化取得的成就，并分析了在公共服务市场化的过程中存在的问
