2、群，使其垄断竞争优势的边界持续拓展；关联企业通过产业集群的内在机制实现比较优势向竞争优势的转化，从而推进其国际化程度。但是两类主体收益的均衡化则取决于多种因素，并有着特殊的约束机制，本文基于生态学模型的跨国公司主导型产业集群均衡分析法对这一均衡形成及其动态化作出了相应分析，得出集群的规模、租金分配机制、企业的结构以及政府的推动是影响集群动态均衡的重要因素，并依此提出相关政策建议。关键词：产业集群跨国公司均衡作者：陆敏指导老师：邢建国AbstractEquilibriumAnalysisonMNCqedIndustryClus
