1、任石提3之目的:通过对古今文献中针灸治疗目系病的取穴和处方的整理和分析，探讨其常用处方及取穴规律，总结高频穴位，为临床应用及研究提供取穴依据和理论支持。方法:计算机检索《中华医典》、中国知网(CNKI)的中国学术期刊网络出版总库和中文科技期刊全文数据库(重庆维普)。手工筛选符合纳入标准的文献。用MicrOS0ftExcel数据库进行统计学分析。结果:古代常用穴为瞳子骼和肝俞，现代常用穴为睛明和球后;古今用穴出现率大致相同的是攒竹、肾俞、丝竹空和肝俞，其余差异较大;用穴归经都以足太阳膀肤经和足少阳胆

2、经为主;用穴类型都以特定穴为主，特别是交会穴和五输穴;用穴分部都以头项部和四肢部为主;古代文献处方以单穴为主，而现代文献以多穴为主;古代医家重视灸法，现代医家多采用针刺结合电针等多种特种治疗技术的方法，还注重处方辨证选穴和经外奇穴的应用。结论:古今医家治疗目系病的针灸处方差异较大，但在用穴的归经和用穴的类型上较为相似。推荐处方:组一为睛明、球后、瞳子骼，组二为承泣、攒竹、太阳。两组隔日交替使用。同时加风池、合谷、足三里、光明、太冲。关键词目系;视神经:针灸;取穴规律StudiesontheAnci
