1、AbstractInordertoprepareanhydrousmagnesiumchlorideastherawmaterialofelectrolysisprocess,thechromogeniccauseofbrineinTlanjinChangluHangusalternWasstudied,andacombinationdecolorizationprocessofoxidationandadsorptionusedbyhydrogenperoxideandzirconiumhydroxideWasdesigned.Thediscoloredbrinewasusedtocomp
2、osemagnesiumchloridehexahydram-anilinehydrochloridedoublesaltandammoniumcarnallitedoublesalt.Thenthedoublesaltwaspmparedtoanhydrousmagnesiumchioridebypyrogenicdecompositionmethod,whichheatedbymicrowave-tubularfumaceheatingprocess.Theresearchresultsforchromogeniccauseofbrineshowthat:themainchromogen
3、icsubstanceswaso唱anicmattersinbrine.Thechromaofbrinecouldremovedsignificantlybythecombinationdecolorizationpmce鲻ofoxidationandadsorptionusedbyhydrogenperoxideandzirconiumhydroxide,theoptimumconditionsofdecolorizationisshowedasfollows:thepHvalueofbrineneedtobeadjustedto2~3atroomtemperature.thedosage
4、ofhydrogenperoxideisl%(volumeratio)andtheoxidationtimeis2h,theadsorptiontimeis40min,thedosageofzirconiumhydroxideis609‘L~.Undersuchconditions,thedecolorizingrateofbrinecouldreach99%,theremovalofCODcrcouldreach85%,therateofmagnesiumionslosscouldcuttol%.Thezirconiumhydroxidecouldbereusedbydesorptionu
5、sing5%sodiumhydroxidesolution.Theresearchresultsofadsorptionperformancesofzirconiumhydroxidefororganicmattershowthat:themechanismtoremoveorganicmattersofzirconiumhydroxideWasFandertVaalsforceandhydrogenbondforce.theadsorptionisothermsoforganicmatterfitwellintotheLangmuiradsorptionisotherm,theadsorp
