3、shaveprovidedinsightsintothetranscriptionalcontrolofembryonicstemcellstate,includingtheregulatorycircuitryunderlyingpluripotency.Thesestudieshave,asaconsequence,uncoveredfundamentalmechanismsthatcontrolmammaliangeneexpression,connectgeneexpressiontochromosomestructure,andcontributetohumandisea
4、se.IntroductionregulatorsthathavebeenimplicatedincontrolofESCstateEmbryonicstemcells(ESCs)arepluripotent,self-renewingcellsanddiscusshowtheycontributetothegeneexpressionprogramthatarederivedfromtheinnercellmass(ICM)ofthedevelopingofpluripotencyandself-renewal.blastocyst.Pluripotencyisthecapaci
5、tyofasinglecelltogenerateallcelllineagesofthedevelopingandadultorganism.TheStemCellStateSelf-renewalistheabilityofacelltoproliferateinthesamestate.ESCsareperhapsuniqueinthatthey’vebeenthesubjectofThemolecularmechanismsthatcontrolESCpluripotencyandvirtuallyeveryscaleofinvestigationfromlarge-sca
6、legenomicsself-renewalareimportanttodiscoverbecausetheyarekeytoandprotein-DNAinteractionstudiestohighlyfocusedmecha-understandingdevelopment.Becausedefectsindevelopmentnisticstudiesofindividualregulatoryfactors.Thecombinedcausemanydifferentdiseases,improvedunderstandingofresultsofthesesystems-
