1、摘要目的探究血清中5种microRNA(miRNA)(miR-31、miR-107、miR-155、miR-200c及miR一205)在乳腺癌早期诊断中作为诊断标志物的价值。方法根据生物信息学数据库miRWalk和NCBI的预测,选定5种与乳腺癌相关的miRNA,分别为miR-31,miR-107,miR-155,miR-200c,miR-205。应用实时荧光定量PCR,以miR-16作为内参,检N5种miRNA在42例健康女性及66例乳腺癌患者血清中的相对表达量。统计学方法分析血清中5种miRNA的表达水平与临床病
