2、differentiallysis.TwoweresuccessfulinSTRlocitypingbythedevelopedmethodofmagneticbeadsfunctionalizedwithA-3.Onewassuccessfulbyboththedifferentiallysismethodandmagneticbeadsmethod,andtheresultwerethesame.Oneofthosewasunsuccessfulbytheconventionmethodbutsuccessfulbyt

3、hedevelopedmethodandthetypingresultswereconsistentwiththatfromthesuspect’sbloodspecimen.Weconcludethatsevenanti-spermaptamersweregeneratedusingthemodifiedcell-SELEXmethod.Ofthose,aptamerA-3wasshosenforfurtherstudy.Aptamer-basedcaupturemethodforinrichmentofspermhas

4、beenestablished.Thepreliminarydatashowedthatthemethodwascapableofsimplificationoftheprcessandreducingthetime-consumingthereforedemonstratedthegreatpotentialofacomplementmethodincleasingacurityforthecurrentforensicdetectionofsemenstains.Keywords:AptamerSpermcelldet
