3、hedevelopedmethodandthetypingresultswereconsistentwiththatfromthesuspect’sbloodspecimen.Weconcludethatsevenanti-spermaptamersweregeneratedusingthemodifiedcell-SELEXmethod.Ofthose,aptamerA-3wasshosenforfurtherstudy.Aptamer-basedcaupturemethodforinrichmentofspermhas
