1、中文摘要6透射电镜观察线粒体超微结构结果。精液组精子线粒体大小不一,.分布不均,有明显的肿胀,部分出现畸形或巨型线粒体,呈空泡状,线粒体嵴模糊甚至缺失。血清及对照组超微结构正常。7光学显微镜下观察三组大鼠附睾组织结构可见精液组大鼠附睾,上皮细胞增生,间质细胞水肿,管腔狭窄,且管腔内精子数量明显减少。血清及对照组正常。结论:1.本实验采用的同种异体精子加福氏免疫佐剂对大鼠进行免疫的建模方法成功率高,周期短,且可建立精液抗精子抗体阳性模型,可为建立抗精子抗体大鼠模型的简便可靠方法。2精液抗精子抗体可诱导精子凋亡,血清抗精子抗体对精子凋亡无影响,可为抗精子抗体介导的免疫性不育病因研究提供重要参
