1、摘要高校班级文化建设是高校工作的重要领域，对于培养大学生的思想品质具有重要意义。高校班级文化是大学生接受思想政治教育的基本组织形式，是提高教学活动质量和培养良好学风的前提条件，也是促进大学生进行自我教育、自我管理和自我发展的重要载体。高校班级文化以潜移默化的方式发挥着作用，积极向上的班级文化，不但能对大学生的自身发展起到引导、熏染和约束的作用，帮助他们形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，还能够对班集体的健康成长以及整个校园文化的建设等产生积极的影响。因此，高校班级文化建设对于学校的学风和教风建设、对于大学生的健康成长具有重要的

2、教育意义和政治意义，是高校思想政治教育领域研究的重要课题和前沿视域。对于高校班级文化的建设，本文主要从以下几个方面展开论述：首先对文化、班级文化和高校班级文化等相关概念的研究现状做了分析和比较，并在此基础上归纳出高校班级文化的定义，同时还对高校班级文化的特征和功能给予了阐释。其次，运用调查问卷的方法，概括了我国高校班级文化建设的现状，也即取得的成绩和存在的主要问题，并针对存在的问题进行了细致的原因分析。再次，从高校班级文化建设中的主要问题及产生原因出发，进一步探讨了高校班级文化建设应遵循的原则和具体实施路径。关键词：高校班级
