1、第18卷第2期中国实验方剂学杂志Vol.18,No.22012年1月ChineseJournalofExperimentalTraditionalMedicalFormulaeJan.,2012四叶参多糖对糖尿病大鼠血糖及免疫功能的影响*张峰,高永峰,张继国(泰山医学院药学院,山东泰安271016)[摘要]目的:研究四叶参多糖对糖尿病大鼠血糖及免疫功能的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病大鼠模-1型。灌胃给予四叶参多糖(0.1,0.5g·kg),于治疗0,7,14,21d取大鼠尾血,用酶化学方法检测空腹血糖;分离胸腺、脾脏,计算胸腺指数和脾指数;MTT法检测淋巴细胞增殖能力,计算刺
2、激指数(SI)。结果:与正常对照组大鼠比较,模型组大鼠空腹血糖显著升高,3周后,胸腺极度萎缩(P<0.01),脾淋巴细胞转化能力明显下降(P<0.01)。四叶参多糖治疗2周后,与模型组比较,大鼠空腹血糖显著降低(P<0.05),连续治疗3周,胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01);高剂量组大鼠脾淋巴细胞转化能力增强,刺激指数明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:四叶参多糖可降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖,并能改善其细胞免疫功能。[关键词]四叶参多糖;糖尿病;脾脏和胸腺指数;淋巴细胞转化[中图分类号]R285.5[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1005-9903(2012)02-0184-03Effe
