2、%,说明该方法具有较好的稳定性和重复性。血清经50、100倍稀释时,OD值较低,而5倍稀释时,OD值较高,综合考虑认为采用10倍的稀释倍数较为合理,同时以5倍稀释的结果作为辅助判断。临床试验受试者血清抗体检测的cut.off值为0.401。受试者血清经1:5和1:10稀释后,Saculin试验组和安慰剂组均为阴性结果,说明尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶对于此种临床手术中的常规给药,产生可检测抗体的几率很小,其临床应用中由于此种抗原抗体结合而导致的过敏反应的可能性也较小。关键词:尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶生化特性免疫学特性V硕士学位论文BiochemicalandImmunologicalCna
