4、temcellstodevelopnewdrugsfortreatingAML．AMLoriginatesfromasmallnumberofcellsnamedAMLstemcells(LSCs)whicharecharacterizedbytheirabilitytoself-renew，unlimitedrepopulatingpotentialandlongresidenceinaquiescentstateofG0／G1phase．AMLstemcellshavesomecommonmarkerssuchasCD34十andCD38。．Theya
