2、oAIMfollowingareversetakeoverunderRule14oftheAIMRulesforCompanies.Theadmissionfeeisbasedonthemarketcapitalisationofthecompanyonthedayofadmission.Todeterminetheadmissionfee:ulocatethemarketcapitalisationbandofthesecuritiestobeadmittedincolumn(a)umultiply

3、anyadditionalamountoverthe‘greaterthan’figurebythecorrespondingfigureincolumn(b)uaddtheresultofthiscalculationtothemaximumfeeinthepreviousmarketcapitalisationbandincolumn(c).Intheeventofanapplicationbeingmadewheremorethanoneline/classofsecurityisbeingad

6、yAIMcompaniesforfurtherissues.AnnualfeesAnannualfeeof£5,350ispayablebyallAIMcompanies.uAnnualfeesarebilledinthefirstweekofApril2011forthe12monthscommencing1April2011andmustbepaidnolaterthan30daysafterthedateofsuchinvoice.uApro-rataannualfeeispayablebyne

7、wapplicants,andaninvoicewillberaisedatthetimeofadmission.Paymentofpro-ratafeesmustbereceivednolaterthan30daysafterthedateofsuchinvoice.Tocalculatethefee,takethenumberofcalendardays,includingthedateofadmissiontotradinguptoandincluding31March2012,divideth

8、isnumberby365andmultiplytheresultbytheannualfee.uNopro-rataannualfeeispayablebytheenlargedentityadmittedtoAIMfollowingareversetakeoverunderRule14oftheAIMRulesforCompanies.uNoadditionalpro-rataannualfeeispayablebycompaniestransfer
