1、ScheduleofASQAfeesEffective1July2013Note:ASQA’sfeesaresubjecttochange.RefertoASQA’s2013CostRecoveryImpactStatement—ExposureDraftandtheASQAnewsitem,27June2013.ASQAisrequiredtocollectfeesfromtrainingorganisationsundertheAustralianGovernmentCostRecoveryGuidelines.Assu

2、ch,allapplicationswillbesubjecttoprocessingfees.Therelevantapplicationfees,includingregistrationfees,forregisteredtrainingorganisations(RTOs)aredetailedinPartAofthisschedule.TherelevantapplicationfeesforprovidersseekingregistrationontheCommonwealthRegisterofInstitu

3、tionsandCoursesforOverseasStudents(CRICOS)toenroloverseasstudentswantingtostudyinAustraliaaredetailedinPartBofthisschedule.ApplicationfeesforcourseaccreditationapplicationsandotherregulatoryservicesthatASQAdeliversaredetailedintoPartCofthisschedule.SomeASQAfeeswere

4、deferreduntil2013and2014.ThevariablecommencementdatesforthesefeesformpartofthetransitionagreementswithstatesandterritorieswhichwereapprovedbytheMinisterforTertiaryEducation,Skills,JobsandWorkplaceRelationspriortothecommencementofASQAon1July2011.Inadditiontoapplicat

5、ionfees,ASQAwillinvoiceregisteredorganisations(RTOsandCRICOSproviders)forthecostoftheirregistrationfeeannually.Thisfeewillvarydependingontheregistrationstatusoftheorganisation(refertoPartDofthisschedulefordetails).OnceASQAhascommencedconsiderationofanapplication,no

6、refundofthatcomponentofafeewillbemade.ASQAfeesarenotsubjecttoGST.ApplicationfeesPartA:RTOapplicationfeesTable1:RTOregistration(initial&renewal)ApplicationlodgementfeePerapplication$640(non-refundable)Assessmentfee‘Qualification’includestrainingpackagequalifications
