3、humanresourcesassessmentsystemforthecompany.First,weperformedaSWOTanalysisaboutthepresentconditionsofhumanresourcesinthiscompanyanddevelopedtheimportantindicatorsofperformancemanagement,whichcontainsalariesandwelfarebenefits,studyandgrowthofemployees,improvemento
4、fworkingconditions,internalconstructionofhumanresourcesmanagementsystem,talentintroductionandencouragement,andimprovementofsocializedsafeguardmechanisms.Then,afterthree-monthtestrunning,weimprovedtheperformanceassessmentsystem,re-designedthegradingcriterionsofper
5、formanceassessmentanddeterminedtheindicatorweightsofperformanceassessment.Finally,weperfectedthegeneralframeofthedesignofperformanceassessmentsystemandclearedthekeynodesofperformanceassessmentinBranches.Accordingtotheneedsofthesystem,wedesignedthesoftwareandtheda
6、tabaseindetailbytheindicatorsandgradingcriterionsoftheperformanceassessment.BasedonthestructureofBrowser/Server(B/S),theperformanceassessmentsystemwasdevelopedbyC#languageunderthesystemplatformofSQLServer2005.Thesystemiscomposedoffivemodules,whichareworkingplan,w
