6、ducationalneedsofmigrantchildrenarerisingabigproblemtothesupplyofpublicservicesandgovernmenteducation.ThroughresearchwefoundthatthesechildreninShanghaitoreceiveeducationisfacingproblemsanddifficultiesembodiedin:First,thereisacontradictionbetweenthegrowthofthenumberofchildrenandeducation

7、alresourcescarcity;secondisthattheeducationmanagementsystemneedsfurtherimproved.ThesechildrenJseducationproblemsarenotisolatededucationalproblem,butpartofthemanagementofShanghainon-localpopulation.TheproblemofeducationdependsonthenumberofchildreninShanghai'snon-localpopulationl
