2、dindividualbasis,toVeteransattendingourPTSDintensiveandbriefinterventionrecoveryprogrammes.Thepostwillalsoincludecomprehensiveassessment,treatmentplanning,consultationandadvicegivingonthepsychologicalcareofVeteranstoreferrers,otherCombatStressstaff,externalagenciesandcarers.·To
3、workcloselywiththeManagerofPsychologicalTherapiesandmoreseniorstafftocontributetothedevelopmentandenhancementofthetreatmentprogrammesdeliveredinourTreatmentCentres,tocontributetoongoingservicedevelopmentandclinicalgovernanceprocessesandbeinvolvedintrainingandresearchinitiatives
4、asappropriate.3.KEYRESPONSIBILITIESManagementResponsibilities·Toworkwiththemulti-disciplinaryteam,theManagerofPsychologicalTherapies,theTreatmentCentreManagerandtheoperationsmanagertocontributetothedevelopment,implementationandevaluationofclinicalprogrammesatCombatStress.·Tosup
5、portassistantpractitionersandotherjuniorstaffasappropriateandasdetermined&negotiatedwiththeManagerofPsychologicalTherapies.4ClinicalResponsibilities·Tocontributetocomprehensivepsychologicalassessmentsofreferredclients,viastructuredandsemi-structuredclinicalinterview,psychometri
6、cinstrumentsandotherassessmentsmethodsasappropriateforbothresidentialandout-patientVeterans.·ToformulateanddeviseCBTtreatmentsandmanagementplansforreferredVeteranswitharangeofproblems,severityandcomplexity.·Tomaintainaclinicalcaseload,withinagreedlimitsandsupervisionoftheManage
7、rofPsychologicalTherapies.·Toprovidepsychologicaladvice,guidanceandconsultationtootherprofessionalsinthemulti-disciplinaryteamsofCombatStress.·Toprovideclinicalsupervisionformorejuniormembersofthemulti-disciplinaryteamasagreedwiththeManagerofPsychologicalTherapies.·Toengageinth
