2、itiesofpupilsduringtheschoolteachingperiodsandthemiddaysessionalbreakwithintheschool,includingbothindoorandoutdoorsareas,ensuringasafeenvironmentismaintainedatalltimes.ToassisttheHeadteacherandteachersinthedevelopmentandimplementationofaprogrammeofworkandinthepr
3、ovisionofastable,caringandsupportivelearningenvironment,whichenablespupilstoachievetheirfulllearningpotentialandfacilitatestheirpersonal,socialandmoraldevelopment.Typicallytherewillbesomerequirementtoworkwithpupils,eitherindividuallyoringroups,whohavesomespecial
4、educationalneeds,learningdifficulty,disability,orexhibitoccasionalbehaviouralproblems.Thismayincludepupilswithahighlearningability(‘gifted/talented’).ThispostwilldifferfromthatofTeachingAssistantXS10.4oraTeachingAssistant–SkillsSpecificXS10.3inthefollowingways.T
5、hispostwill,forthemajorityofthetime,beworkingunderthesupervisionofaclassteacher.Thereisnorequirementforpreviousexperienceorpre-entryqualificationwhenappointingtothispostMainresponsibilitiesanddutiesSupporttothepupil(s):1.Develop,maintainandapplyknowledgeandunder
