2、governmentalorganisationthatworkstopreventviolentconflictandbuildsaferlives.Weworkwithcivilsociety,governmentsandinternationalorganisationstoencourageandsupporteffectivepoliciesandpracticesthroughadvocacy,researchandpolicydevelopment,andthroughsupportingtheactionsofothers.Theorganisation

3、hasanincomeofsome£13millionin2014-15andisfundedby40+donorcontractsfromgovernments,theECandotherbodies.Wehavegrownby20%+ineachofthelast2years.OurheadofficeisinLondonandwehaveasignificantpresenceinKenya,Uganda,SouthSudan,Nepal,YemenandKyrgyzstan,aswellasofficesandotheroperationsinEasternEu

4、rope,andAsia.Wearelookingtochangeaccountingsystemsin2015andbeforethattimeweneedtofocusontheimmediatechallengestoimprovebudgetcreationandreportingaswellasbuildingfinancialskillsacrosstheorganisation.Atthesametime,goodfinancialrecordsandkeycontrolsmustbemaintained.JobPurpose:Developandadvi
